Is there any way to drain a washer manually? mine stopped..?

and just wont turn on at all..i dont know what happneed to it. plz help.Is there any way to drain a washer manually? mine stopped..?
here's a method that I have used dozens of times. If the drain hose exits at the bottom of the wash simply lower the hose to a floor drain. No drain? try emptying it into a bucket. The most common reason that a washer will not drain. Overloading and burning off the drive belt. No 2. A small sock or nylon( sorry ladies!) gets full of air , goes over the top of the tub and pluggs the inside drain inlet from the washer sump to the pump. Once the water is out, pop the top( top loaders) , lean it against wall( power unplugged) and remove agitator. Then you will see a tub nut , remove counter-clock-wise and remove tub. All clear there? Turn washer as far back as possible without totally laying down and start pulling off the drain hoses one by one. no sock? chances are high that at this point you fixed or can fix the problem. Is there any way to drain a washer manually? mine stopped..?
If you have a shop vac, you could suck the water out with that. If not, you can bail it out with a pitcher or other container, and sop up the rest with a towel. Won't get it all, but enough that you can move the machine.
make a syphon with a hose or buy a battery operated one
